5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wagering Requirements

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 20–30x the bonus amount (specified individually for each offer).
• Winnings cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering — slots generally count for 100%, while table games count for 10%.

Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Each promotion is applicable once per person, address, and device.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

8Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

999be reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months).
• To meet legal obligations.
